These terms apply when you use https://guriadiaries.com or buy from Guria Diaries ("we", "us"). Guria Diaries is a sole proprietorship of Komal Devi. By buying from us or using the site, you agree to these terms.

What we sell

We sell digital products: e-books, printable PDFs, planners, trackers, worksheets, digital guides, and templates for Google Sheets, Notion, Canva and similar tools. Each product page shows what you get, the format, the price, what you need to use it, and a preview. Colours may look different on different screens and printers.

Who can buy

We sell to buyers in India. If you are under 18, please buy only with a parent or guardian's permission.

Your licence (what you may do with our products)

When you buy, you get a personal licence to use the product yourself and in your own home.

You may:

• read, print and fill in the product for your own use;
• make your own copy of a template in your own Google, Notion or Canva account and change it for yourself.

You may not:

• share, forward, upload, resell or give the files, links or template copies to anyone else, including in WhatsApp groups or on file-sharing sites;
• sell or give away copies, printed copies or edited versions;
• use the products to run a paid service for others, unless we agree in writing.

All products, text and designs are ours, and we keep the copyright.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in Indian rupees (₹). The price on the product page is the full price you pay. No fees are added at checkout.
• Guria Diaries is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged.
• Payments are handled by Razorpay. You type your card, UPI or bank details only on Razorpay's secure checkout, and they never reach us.
• We may change prices for future orders. The price you saw when you paid is the price you pay.

Fair selling

We don't use fake countdown timers, fake "only 2 left" messages, pre-ticked boxes, hidden charges, add-ons you didn't choose, or tricky cancellation steps. If we ever announce a sale, we will show the lowest price of the previous 30 days next to the sale price.

General ideas, not professional advice

Our e-books, guides and templates share organising, styling and planning ideas. They are not medical, financial, legal, tax or other professional advice, and we can't promise any particular result.

Our responsibility

We take care to make our products accurate and usable. If a product is faulty, not as described, or not delivered, our Cancellation and refunds page explains what we will do. We are not responsible for problems caused only by your device, your internet connection, or a third-party service (such as Google, Notion or Canva) that we don't control, but we will still help where we can. Nothing in these terms takes away any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or limits our responsibility where the law does not allow it to be limited.

Links to other sites

Our pages may link to other websites, such as shops (including affiliate links) or Pinterest. We don't control those sites. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

Using the site

Please don't copy our content, or try to break, overload or misuse the site.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on the site on the day you buy applies to your purchase.

Law and disputes

Indian law applies. Please write to us first; most problems are solved quickly. If not, you can approach a consumer commission, including the one where you live, as the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 allows. Apart from that right, the courts at Kolkata have jurisdiction.
