Delivery

We sell digital products only, such as e-books, printable PDFs, planners, trackers, worksheets, guides and templates. Nothing is shipped or posted, and there is no delivery charge.

How you receive your product

After your payment succeeds, we automatically email you at the address you typed at checkout. Depending on the product, the email contains:

• a download link (for e-books, PDFs and printables);
• a "make a copy" link (for Google Sheets templates);
• a "duplicate" or "use template" link (for Notion or Canva templates).

How fast

Usually within about 15 minutes of payment.

What you need

• PDFs and e-books: any PDF reader (most phones have one built in), and a printer if you want paper copies.
• Google Sheets templates: a free Google account.
• Notion templates: a free Notion account.
• Canva templates: a free Canva account.

Each product page lists exactly what that product needs.

How long the links work

Your links stay active. If we ever need to replace a link, email us and we'll send you a new one. Please download or copy your files soon anyway, and keep your own copy. If you lose the email, write to us with your payment ID and we will send it again, free.

If it doesn't arrive

First check your Spam, Promotions and Updates folders. If it still hasn't arrived after 24 hours, write to komalsah.contact@gmail.com with your payment ID. We'll resend it, or refund you in full if we can't deliver.

Your email address matters

We send files only to the email address given at checkout, so please type it carefully.

Your receipt

The delivery email is also your receipt. It shows the product, price, date, payment ID and our business details.

Where we sell

We sell to buyers in India. Prices are in Indian rupees.
